Chances are, you'll never see another dress quite like this one again!
This incredibly unique (and most likely homemade) dress comes in a summer weight cotton. The main body of dress is made of light to medium weight woven cotton with busy paisley print in red, yellow, and teal tones. The fullness of the skirt is achieved through the use of godets (fashion term!) made of a lightweight semi-sheer yellow fabric with a touch of stiffness. These godets feature four tiers of ruffles, and these pale yellow ruffles are echoed at neckline and sleeves -as well as a hint at the bust area. There is a metal zipper closure set in at the side seam -so please review measurements carefully. Unlined, and without any labels or maker's marks. The overall condition of this dress is good to fair. It has many small repairs throughout, and two larger areas of repair; one at right side skirt godet, and the other near the zipper. So, this dress would need to be worn with gingerly, with love and care. Please see the photographs for full details, and feel free to reach out.
