1950's - 1960's Peach & Cream oversized MOHAIR sweater Saks Fifth Avenue

This lovely sweater comes in a chunky and loose-knit wool, mohair and nylon blend yarn in brilliant peachy-coral color, flecked with cream crescent shapes. The silhouette is oversized, slightly wide at the midsection and narrow raglan sleeves. The neckline features a wide, rolled turtleneck collar, and this pullover style sweater is without pockets or any other details. There are a few anomalies in the knit -such as a wider, dime-sized open section at right shoulder seam, but overall no flaws to note and really little to no signs of wear! Please review photographs for full details. This is a rare example from this time, and this sweater does have a very soft hand!! Only labels read 'Made in Italy exclusively for Saks Fifth Avenue' and '65% Wool/25% Mohair/10% Nylon, Handmade in Italy'.
