1950’s light blue cotton baby toddler dress onesie with hand embroidered details train

This lovely little shift dress/outfit comes in a medium-weight woven cotton or cotton blend, featuring a faint gingham check pattern in light blue and white. It features a jaunty little squared collar finished with white bias-cut binding and hand-stitched details. The short sleeves and center front button placket are also finished with the same binding. A very special hand-made detail, of course, are the sweet little train car & engine appliqués featured on the chest. This piece is home-made with no labels or makers marks. The overall condition is excellent, with no flaws to note!
