1950’s black cotton eyelet lace sheath dress with matching belt

Like with this classic 1950's sheath style dress! She comes in a lightweight black cotton eyelet lace with floral pattern. She is also lined with a thin black cotton fabric. Dress has short sleeves and a semi-bateau style neckline. The construction is simple and form-fitting with a lightly flared skirt. Canter back features a metal zipper closure and back skirt has a fun little kick pleat. The original belt loops AND belt are intact (one non-original grommet has been added to the belt). No labels or makers marks. Overall condition is good with mild signs of wear throughout (mostly at belt) with a few larger tears in the lace that have been repaired (see second-to-last pic) and couple small tears left unrepaired (see last pic).
